How do we make it work
Our team of highly qualified consultants works on many levels to give you a better design and implementation strategies for your management systems such as ISO 27001.
How we make it work depends on the client and the needs of the client. Typically, we would start by having a meeting to understand the needs of the client.
Following the initial meeting we would do a GAP analysis that would lead to a detailed project plan.
If the client has a team of people that will be involved in the project we also suggest to run an ISO 27001 awareness workshop with the complete team to get everyone on the same page.
