Latest Coronavirus (COVID-19) information

JSC Consultant Senior Management Team continues to monitor the current situation regarding the spread of Covid 19 (Coronavirus) on a daily basis and has the following update.

The health and safety of our clients, employees and associates is paramount and hence we are converting internal audits and consulting engagements, such as for example gap analysis, into remote sessions.

We have been testing our remote audit practices this week with several clients and can confirm that these have gone well and both parties have been able to benefit from the audit being carried out in this manner.

We will either use Microsoft Teams or will follow client guidance if the client has a remote collaboration tool.

We continue to be in touch with BSI on a regular basis and they are in full support of this initiative. In fact BSI is also converting most of their audits (CAV, Stage 1, Stage 2 and Recertification) to remote sessions.

It is necessary for scheduled audits to continue to take place, ensuring standards and regulations are maintained and businesses are compliant. We are focused on delivering a robust service so that no certifications are put in jeopardy. Our business continues to operates as usual in accordance with government advice and therefore our cancellation policy still remains.
